We build it, then we keep it running.

I kept meeting business owners doing by hand what a smartphone or computer should have been doing. A shop owner retyping the same Instagram post into her website. A gym owner scrolling WhatsApp to work out who had not renewed. A property team emailing their developer every time a new house came up. Good businesses, losing hours every week to work nobody should be doing.

So I started Essence Automations. We build the website, and then the software behind it: stock and sales for shops, memberships and check-ins for gyms, listings for property managers, a sales pipeline for outbound teams. Then we stay on and run it. Most agencies hand over a site and disappear.

Today that is 20+ live clients, from a menswear shop in Nairobi to a parts business in Dubai, and 5.0 on Google from 18 reviews over seven years of building. If a job in your business is repetitive, it can probably run itself. That is the whole idea.
